Photo hiking

Our photo hiking tours are meant for photographers as well as for all nature lovers who are interested in learning about landscape and close up photography. They are guided by Lassi Rautiainen and lead from our base camp Kuikka to the close by deep forest areas. On our way, we’ll meet different sorts of bogs and forests of the boreal area, which will be explained by our guide, who has a large knowledge about the local biology, geology and history. The pace will be rather slow, since we take our time to take a close look at the surrounding, and take pictures. For those who wish to, Lassi will give advice on photography, finding motives as well as on technical adjustments in your camera. Furthermore, he will have a word on the fauna, flora and geological characteristics of the area.

The duration of the trip is depending on the programme, however, it will take between two and six hours.
